XR for VR: Extended Reality for Vocational Education
|
|
|
|
A groundbreaking new project is underway! The goal: connecting North Dakota residents with disabilities with high-demand careers with the region's manufacturers. It's called XR for VR (Extended Reality for Vocational Rehabilitation). Program participants are supported with career coaching, growth plans, assistive technology, and connections with local manufacturers. Bismarck State University is leading the charge behind this $9.9 million federally funded project, with
Impact Dakota, North Dakota Assistive, and CareerViewXR bringing their expertise to the table (pictured above). Our team is extremely excited to be a part of this impactful project!

Recap: North Dakota Governors' Cup Presented by CareerViewXR
|
|
|
|
The second annual North Dakota Governors' Cup presented by CareerViewXR was a great success. Nearly 400 attendees got together for golf, trap shooting, and tons of fun on July 28-29, 2025 in Bismarck, ND. The event raised a total of $130,000 to benefit the ND Career Builders scholarship and loan repayment plan.
In addition to the tournaments, around 7,000 attendees joined for live music from Tigerlily Gold and Bismarck's first ever drone show! Ann Pollert, workforce enthusiast and CareerViewXR champion, was surprised with the first-of-its-kind Workforce Champion award too! We are beyond proud to support such an amazing event and worthy cause. Thank you to Governor Armstrong, all those that attended, and the teams that helped make the Cup a success!
