Learn how a mobile classroom equipped with VR headsets is bringing jobsite experiences directly to schools that lack access to traditional field trips and job shadows. Attendees will learn
from a real career coach how to effectively incorporate new technology with existing systems to improve career literacy outcomes for students. Attendees will walk away with actionable strategies and resources to bring this innovative approach to their own schools, making career exploration accessible and impactful for every student.

Our team is continuing to work hard on Bismarck State College's multi-year Extended Reality for Vocational Rehabilitation initiative, also known as XR for VR. XR for VR. It supports North Dakota residents with disabilities by providing FREE, individualized career building opportunities and connects them to high-wage manufacturing careers. Voc. Rehab Trainings In recent weeks, we've had the pleasure of meeting with Vocational Rehabilitation professionals across North Dakota. We are educating them on how XR for VR can support their clientele as well as how to use CareerViewXR on VR headsets. We are thankful for their teams' support!

Locate the 'Categories' dropdown in the search bar to select one or more Career Cluster or Sub-Cluster of your choosing, then hit 'Search'. This feature allows users to skip endlessly scrolling through field trips and dive right into ones they find interesting!

America's Field Trip Contest America's Field Trip is a contest for 3-12 grade students! Top awardees and their chaperones will get to travel to an iconic landmark or cultural site. Submissions are due by Monday, March 30th, 2026 at 7PM CT (This contest is not affiliated with CareerViewXR).
